The NDC is building a truly decentralized form of governance that will allow Web3 communities to fund, develop and vote on how they grow and develop.
One of the cornerstones of the NDC is to help raise awareness of all the incredible things the community is building IRL.

What Is Consensus?
Consensus is the world’s largest, longest-running and most influential gathering that brings together all sides of the cryptocurrency, blockchain and Web3 community.
Since its inception in 2015, Consensus has served as grounds for calibration, collaboration and resolution for thousands of professionals and builders from around the world forging the future of finance and the new digital economy.
Consensus 2023 is a call to action for developers, investors, founders, policymakers, brands and others to come together and find solutions to crypto’s thorniest challenges and finally deliver on the technology’s transformative potential.
About the NDC
The NDC, originally proposed by NEAR co-founder Illia Polosukhin, is now an independent movement led by the NEAR Community. Its goal is to establish a community treasury and governance model that allows the ecosystem to collectively make decisions on everything from funding intiatives to electing representatives. NDC’s purpose is to steward NEAR towards becoming a truly decentralized network that can self-organize and self-govern.
